Yam Kung Takrai
8 prawns
200 ml Water
1 tablespoon chopped lemongrass
1 tablespoon chopped chiles
1 clove garlicl, chopped
1 teaspoon chopped spring onions
5 grams mint leaves
2 tablespoons fish sauce
1 tablespoon lemon juice
¼ teaspoon sugar
Boil the shrimp in water for 1 minute and set aside.
Make the spicy sauce by mixing the lemon grass, chilli, garlic, chopped spring onions, with the fish sauce, sugar, and lemon juice.
Layer the salad, with a bed of mint, a layer of shrimp and pour the sauce over the top. Serve With lettuce or cabbage.
