1 kg pork ribs, baby.
3 tablespoons soy sauce.
3 tablespoons whiskey.
Salt, 1 tsp.
Ginger, finely chopped 1 1/2 tbsp.
Ground nutmeg 1/4 tsp.
Ground cinnamon 1/4 tsp.
Cayenne pepper 1 tsp.
How to make grilled pork ribs.
One. Minced pork rib pieces 5 inches long pork ribs with soy sauce and mix thoroughly in a bowl of whiskey, ginger, ground nutmeg, cinnamon, cayenne, salt and pepper, mix again thoroughly. Marinate for about 1 hour.
Two. Grilled pork ribs with charcoal to heat until golden brown. Pork chops grilled to 2 inches long, arranged on a plate with lettuce daily. Serve with sliced lemon dressing.
