GREEN CURRY WITH CHICKEN

* Green Curry Paste 1/4 cup.
* 350 grams chicken (cut into small pieces to fit).
* Coconut milk 1 1/4 cups.
* Thyme leaves 1/4 cup.
* 2 baby eggplant (cut into small pieces).
* Ngmu chicken broth 1/2 cup.
* 2 tablespoons coconut sugar (or regular sugar).
* 3 tablespoons fish sauce.
* 2 seeds, red chillies (cut of).
* 4 kaffir lime leaves.
1. Coconut milk 1/2 cup (Steiner made the rest are used in the next step) on a pan until hot. (Medium heat) until boiling Steiner made about 3-5 minutes, then add the curry chicken stir made some virtues to water down the bull. Pour the mixture into a large pot.
