THAI HOT SOUP WITH BEEF
Ingredients + Ingredients
* Mix beef tendon, cut into pieces 1 cup.
* Paprika 10 to 15 grains (increase / decrease according to taste).
* 2 from lemongrass (smashed and cut into pieces).
* Galangal 6 glasses.
* 6 kaffir lime leaves.
Parsley, roughly chopped * 3 above.
* 3 tablespoons fish sauce.
* 3 tablespoons lemon juice.
* 3 tablespoons rice (pounded for details).
* 3 cups broth.
How to do step by step.
1. A soup pot on medium heat. When water boils, add lemon grass, galangal and kaffir lime leaves (shredded and put into the soup) until the soup boil again, then reduce the heat down.
2. Put into beef. Simmer over low heat until the meat is cooked and tender. (It takes at least 15 minutes).
3. Simmer until the meat begins to soften and broth seasoned with lime juice, fish sauce and pepper, then add to the rice and parsley. Boil until the broth starts to boil again, then turn off the heat.
